B. Complete the following for time in order of:

20 front squats from the floor 155/105 (scale up to 185/125)

30 box jumps or step ups 24″/20″ (scale up to 30″/24″)

40 KBS 24kg/16kg (scale up to 32kg/24kg)

50 WBS 20/14  10′
