Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

    6+91/2 (scaled 85#) went up ten punds from the ;last time i did this and beat me last record almost 2 rounds. my body is extremely soar can’t wait for a rest day. looking forward to starting the zone diet and try and get on that damn white board

    6 rounds at the buzzer – 10 Front Squats at 95#, 10 SDLHP at 95#. Had to adjust due to elbow tendonitis issues. Nasty workout to start the day!

    I’m still gimpie out of the top of the Thruster with a shoulder thing going on. So I did a FS then a shoulder press at the top. SDHP made this one really rough.

    Starting to get sore from the push-ups from yesterday. I anticipate tomorrow will be miserable. Gotta love 2nd day soreness!

    6+17 at the lunch class. I wasn’t happy with that, so I went to the evening class and worked on my HPC. 5:15 class #95 HPC, AMRAP 20 Minutes:131 reps.

    Unfortunately, can’t do these movements yet…and the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS – if you want to sound cool) after yesterday’s Cindy and my failed attempts to get a muscle up in the HoboGym have me wrecked.
    30 min Active Recovery – stretch, yoga, light resistance. Felt alot better afterward.

    For those of you that supplement Fish Oil…does anyone else get the Fish Burps?

    Patrick,
    I used to suppliment with fish oil and yes, got the burps. Worse was the ‘enteric’ coated ones… (I think that’s what they were called). No burps, but fish farts which were *much much much worse*. There is some stuff that is more of a dropper full of oil than the pelets which was better, but I can’t recall the name.

    150 wall ball shots. Which was actually around 200 due to misses, and a miscue with the clock. 18 minutes. Just very tired today… but rest day is Thursday. Going to try to make it till then.

    LOL… Fish Farts. Mix that with some protein powder poots and I could crop dust that little olfactory delight down the center aisle at Walmart then stand back and watch random shoppers nose hair burst into flames.

    Same as you Mandy – weird!

    I have never done this WOD, and I really enjoyed it. I finally got the form down of HPC – I didn’t come home with big bruieses on my thighs. I was able to do the thrusters and HPC’s unbroken. Just need to work on taking less rest between exercises. Took too many days off and ate horribly this weekend in FL.

    Lifting furniture right after this was not the best idea!! Squatting was painful!

    I was very fatigued and needed to really concentrate to be able all the reps on the ones I did.
