    CrossFit Kids are some of the most awesome young athletes you can find, and it is so impressive to see them in action! The importance of a healthy lifestyle is being ingrained in these young studs early on, all in the context of a positive, fun environment. Hats off the Misty for teaching these kids not only CrossFit, but what it means to have integrity and how to be a team player. She and Madison are an awesome coaching duo!
