I’m sorely (no kiddin’) my CF WODs, but am giving the tendinitus in my knee and elbow time to get right. These were just getting worse and so in order to get back to full speed (LOL) WODs will take a few more days. Thanks for being there . . . .

Don I feel your pain…no really I do. I find good support gear helps my elbows, knees, wrists and back.
