5 perfect air squats



A. In 10 minutes, work up to a heavy snatch, power or squat

B.  12 min AMRAP

12 push press 115/75

12 CTB pull ups

12 pistols, alternating

    A: 135# squat snatch (PR by 10lbs)
    B: 4+4. Doing pistols wearing VFF an extra bit of challenge.
    John Hand nearly ‘brained’ himself demo’ing perfect squat snatch form, glad to see he was alright.

    Squat snatches just weren’t going to happen.
    Pistols were a train wreck, but learned and interesting little tidbit.
    You can’t do the “roll pistols” if your really sweaty… you just go sliding across the floor. Which was kinda fun, but makes one appear to be having some for of seizure and is unfortunately inefficient use of training time.
