B. 7 minute AMRAP of:

7 power clean 125/85  RX+ 145/105  (55 and over 105/70)

7 shoulder to overhead

7 burpee box jumps/step up 24″/20″  RX+ 30″/24″  (55 and over 20″/18″)

rest 3 minutes 

5 minute AMRAP of:
