B. 10 rounds for time of:

5 hang power snatch 115/80 (50 and over 75/55)

10 over the box jumps 24″/20″ (50 and over 20″/18″)

    A. Went for 225 across, got the first 7 and 3 on the next. Legs just weren’t feeling right under heavy stuff. Ended with 205 for the rest.

    B. 9:03 scaled to 95#, my engine was running hot today!

      Just realized I calculated incorrectly on the back squats and did 70% instead of 80%. Unfortunately it still felt tough! 🙂

    I knew from coaching yesterday’s WOD that the ‘Dropped Lung’ was no joke. CFHSV went at it hard and I tried to follow suit. It devastated me!
