I needed your “awbun” statement today in order to get my mind right for these squats.
A. Went for 225 across, got the first 7 and 3 on the next. Legs just weren’t feeling right under heavy stuff. Ended with 205 for the rest.

I knew from coaching yesterday’s WOD that the ‘Dropped Lung’ was no joke. CFHSV went at it hard and I tried to follow suit. It devastated me!
