    Look out! Harry in the mofo house and slangin’ that dumbell like he owns it. Harry does not back down from a challenge and he’s been rolling since joining. He was nice and easy out of the gate but he’s found his groove thanks to his consistency. I know Harry is brave because he chose the 7am as his class. He’s a quiet and polite guy so I didn’t know if he would survive. The 7am takes no prisoners despite what the other classes think of themselves. Harry understands that to be the best you surround yourself with the best. 7am has groomed him well. Proud of your progress buddy! Keep reppin for yourself and the 7am!

    That’s what I’m talking about, Harry! Throwing that dumbbell around like a feather! This guy showed up committed and ready, and he’s been nothing but consistent and dedicated since. He works incredibly hard and is always up for the challenge that any WOD brings. He’s quiet and polite, friendly and encouraging. He’s made some big gains and I have no doubt he’ll continue to excel in all areas of his fitness. Keep after it, Harry! 😃

    What can you say about Harry if you looked Googled the word determination you would see an image of him. Keep it up Harry the gains are a marathon not a sprint!
