B. Four 3 minute AMRAPs of:

7 HSPU  (55 and over 2 wall walks or 4″ rise)

7 thrusters 95/65  (55 and over 75/55)

7 sumo deadlift high pulls 95/65  (55 and over 75/55)

*rest 1 minute between rounds*

start each round where you left off

SCORE = total reps from all 4 rounds
