A. Back Squat: 6 – 5 – 3 – 3 – max reps @ 90%
B. With a continuously running clock, complete 5 thrusters every minute for as long as possible:
From 0:00-5:00 use 75/55 or 45/35
From 5:00-10:00 use 95/65 or 75/55
From 10:00-15:00 use 115/80 or 95/65
From 15:00-20:00 use 135/95 or 115/80
From 20:00-25:00 use 115/105 or 135/95
From 25:00-30:00 use 175/120 or 155/105
*Score is the minute you tapped out or fell behind and max weight achieved.
Once you tap out, complete:
