– Trying to get back from this hamstring/groin injury. Threw 225 on the bar, unracked it and started to feel slight pull in left hamstring from rack position, so I stopped. I did sqt Saturday, both front and back up to 195#. Sunday I did 18.2/18.2a with barbell at 115#. Slowly making progress.
