    LJ with the elbows high and outside finishing that high pull. This young lady knows how to put in work with the best of them and she’s got a smile the whole time. LJ has been so kind and positive since joining CFHSV. She motivates and inspires those around her and she’s always fun to be around in class. The Ray has strength, skills, endurance, jokes, compliments, and is a friend to all. Keep bringin’ it LJ ?

    Only LJ could look this calm and put together in the middle of a WOD! That is one strong, determined and highly motivated woman who never backs down from a challenge and always puts in the extra work to reach her goals. She manages to have fun and enjoy friends while also being a focused and driven athlete. LJ is always encouraging those around her and quick to lend a helping hand. It’s hard not to root for this lady, she’s awesome! ?
