In a team of 2, team will perform alternating rep sets:
20 minute AMRAP of:
200m run (both athletes run together)
20 burpee pull-ups
20 squat clean thrusters or power clean to thruster 95/65
20 box jumps or step ups 20″
20 power snatch 95/65
Rules: On runs, athletes run together, 1pt/rep for every 100m (each run = 2 reps)
Athlete A does 1 rep, then Athlete B does 1 rep, until 20 reps of each exercise have been reached; cannot start rep until other athlete has completed their rep.
Reminder: We will be hosting the Open on Fridays at 915am and 515pm, Saturdays at 12pm, and Sundays at 1pm for the next 5 weeks. Our 915am, 515pm, and 615pm classes on Fridays will be canceled, as well as BBOLC over the next 5 weeks.
