I have to comment on N8’s coaching style: “this WoD always messes me up. It kills my back. I can’t run right after I do the GHD hip extensions . . . Oh! But, you guys will do great! Attack it!”
I took my own advise and attacked it…my back had mercy on me and allowed me to finish. I got a PR – 19:49. You inspired me!
