WOD:
A. DB 10 minute double under drill
B. Spend 10 minutes working Clean and Push Jerk: build up to a heavy single
C. 5 rounds for time of:
50 double unders
10 push jerk 155/105
rest 1 minute between rounds
Ahhh. The DU, shoulder smoker combo. I really need work on this.
Day 2 = 2 Burpees!

The double under fairy showed up at 1630 today and sprinkled her double under fairy dust on us!
20:25 scaled…after telling Nate I did it RX’d. Um I did the weight RX’d but was apparently so oxygen deprived I forgot that I scaled DUs to single unders and tuck jumps. Doh!
14:03 scaled to 25 double unders each round
