My man Don K! Don is dedicated to his fitness and always pushing to learn, grow, and master his CrossFit journey. He’s been at CFHSV for years and always shows up ready to work. He also happens to be one stand up guy with passion and integrity. Keep grinding Don!
Heck yeah! Don K has been a staple at CFHSV for as long as I can remember, and he’s been giving his all since day one. This guy has stayed the course and stayed dedicated to his fitness regardless of a few hurdles along the way. Don is as kind and nice as anybody I know, and he’s a wonderful member of our CrossFit community. Keep at it Don, you rock! ?
