WOD:

#1: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many OHS as possible 115/80

#2: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many HPC as possible 115/80

#3: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many DL as possible 115/80

#4: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many shoulder to overhead as possible 115/80

#5: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many barbell push ups as possible

SCORE = Combined total reps accumulated after rows and rope climb

    111 reps, Rx’ed. Scaled up in a few spots. Dr. Lowe setting a hard pace, this CF veteran setting a standard; I needed 40 push-ups in the last round to catch him. Another excellent day of programming and coaching from DB!
