    Damn! Look at that lion. Kyle is one heck of a guy. He’s obviously a stud athlete and CrossFitter. He’s strong as an ox, he’s skilled, and he does it all in gardening gloves. He’s a man’s man but he’s also a gentleman. Kyle, Luciana, and their two perfect girls are a treat to have at CFHSV. Kyle has been throwing down for years now and he seems to be getting younger and younger. Keep humbly kicking everyone’s ass Kyle and laugh your way out to your car. Mean with a smile is the scariest kind…you bad dude

    Dang, Kyle! Kyle flexing for the camera and looking like a statue holding those heavy kettlebells. I’ve been saying it for years and it still rings true — this dude is a freak of an athlete and the fittest Bronze member we’ve ever had. 😉He’s strong and skilled, but more than anything he has a fight in him that just doesn’t quit. The worse it hurts, the more he thrives. He rises to any challenge and flourishes in the face of pain. And even though some of his closest friends may disagree, he’s one of the nicest guys I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and I’m so proud to have him representing CFHSV! Keep killing it, Kyle!

He also has the most amazing family and I’m so excited to finally have his oldest little girl in CrossFit Kids!     Kyle is an absolute animal in the gym and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing. I tried his gardening gloves once, thinking it was some magic hack to lift more weight. Turns out he lifts more weight just because he’s so much stronger.
