A. Deadlift: 10 – 5 – 1 – 10 – 5 – max reps E2:30MOM
B. Sprint Rounds: 4 rounds for time of:
6 hang power cleans @ bodyweight
12 deadlifts @ bodyweight
6 over the bar burpees
36 double unders
rest 2 minutes after each round
C. Core Development:
Accumulate 1 minute L-sit hold on rings or parallettes
25 GHD sit-ups or 25 Military ab-mat sit-ups
Accumulate 1 minute high plank hold
25 strict toes to bar or V-ups
