    Yeah Janet!! This young lady is special to a lot of people including me. We go WAY back. She use to look after me when I was a kiddo and I was so excited to have her join the gym. She’s been perfect in every way. She’s fearless, smart, hard working, cares for others and gets along with everyone. Janet has worked very hard, like us all, to get where she’s at and I couldn’t be more proud of her. Keep showin up and showin out Janet 😊

    Oh my goodness! I couldn’t love these pictures or this woman any more! Janet is a real deal CrossFitter who shows up ready to work every day. She took her time getting acquainted with the movements and the workouts, and now she’s a total rockstar who is getting stronger and fitter by the day. She’s got a great attitude, infectious energy, and she’s kind and caring to everyone she meets. I am SO proud to have Janet at CFHSV. She certainly brightens our days! Keep showing out, Janet! ☺️

    My mom! So proud of you! I never thought you’d like crossfit let alone love it! I love that you stuck with it and keep going back for more! It’s so cool being able to talk about what you are learning or how to get better at something at the gym! We can now both share gym memories and what it’s like to be sore most of the time! Now we just gotta get dad in!

    Janet! What an awesome picture! I am so glad I’ve gotten the opportunity to meet such an amazing woman! She is truly the sweetest! However, don’t confuse her kindness for weakness because this woman is strong! I’m so proud of her for sticking with it and getting stronger and fitter every single day! It’s been fun to watch her confidence grow. Her positive attitude is contagious, so it’s awesome to have her join our CF family!
