    Heart of a champion right there 😉 Lewis is an incredibly hard working athlete who puts in the time and effort it takes to continue to lead to impressive gains. He’s made incredible strides in his strength and overall fitness, and he makes body weight movements look like a walk in the park. He’s friendly, outgoing, and always fun to joke around with anytime he’s in class. Stay after it, stud!

    Lewis lookin cut up and mean, but he ain’t mean at all. Lewis gets along with everyone and makes it look as easy as his gym skills. He’s in class, in open gym, and in shape from all his hard work. Ol Skip to my Lew is a true gym rat that works his weakness, sharpens his skills, and enjoys his training and the camaraderie that follows. Always good to see Lewis ease in the gym. Keep it up dude!
