Hi everyone, I’m Kevin Shivers’ younger sister. I wanted to thank you for honoring my friend Ashley. She was known not by her words, but by her actions. She was a humble, quiet, dedicated professional. She gave willingly of herself to those she loved during her life. She gave her life completing a mission she believed in.
I was fortunate to have been loved by her. I miss her every day. I am forever grateful to have played a small role in such a big life.
I will spend next weekend with her family at the annual Ashley White Freedom 5k benifitting a scholarship established in her name. The address is included below if you are interested.
