Andrew is a natural athlete with freakish explosiveness and strength along with the flexibility to pull off any lift. He’s got the raw ability to dominate any lift, skill, or WOD he wants but what’s just as cool about him is that he’ll scale, modify, or flow depending on the day. He checks his ego at the door but he can get down anytime he wants. Great guy that makes CFHSV better
