    Look at Laura workin hard. And of course…she’s smiling! Laura brings the pain when she walks through the door no matter what. She’s got more energy before, during, and after than most. It’s always fun and inspiring to watch and coach. Laura is very deliberate in her approach and always asks questions to make sure she’s getting the intent and bang for her buck. Keep smiling, working, and chewing that gum to get you through the WOD young lady 😊

    What an awesome shot of Laura, smiling through a tough WOD and hanging onto that positive attitude no matter what. Laura is a hard worker who comes ready to get after it every day. She’s committed to her fitness and has yet to back down to any challenges thrown her way. She’s got a great attitude, a great smile, and a friendly disposition, too. Way to be, Laura! ☺️
