17 pounds lighter than this time last year has taken away some strength but the gains in gymnastic moves and general cardio was worth the loss. I move better (not running) and I can keep up the intensity level.
Turning 50 in July and truly I feel my best. CFHSV is the reason from the awesome facility, coaches and what some consider as I do the best programming in the country.
