    Bench 340 down 25 lbs.
    Deadlift 475 missed 500 down 50
    4+15 Double indeed and attempts scale

    17 pounds lighter than this time last year has taken away some strength but the gains in gymnastic moves and general cardio was worth the loss. I move better (not running) and I can keep up the intensity level.

    Turning 50 in July and truly I feel my best. CFHSV is the reason from the awesome facility, coaches and what some consider as I do the best programming in the country.

    Strong people survive and thrive!
