    Go’head kippin Cody! Cody is one strong dude but he can fly too. He’s been pleasant, polite, and dedicated since joining CFHSV. Cody hasn’t been with us long but he makes a great first impression with how he treats others and slings big weight around. Glad to have you with us Cody! Keep reppin dude!

    Cody swinging on that rig, showing off his skills! Cody is a great guy and we are lucky enough to have him with us at CFHSV for a bit this summer. He’s polite, hard working, and always greets you with a smile. He’s super strong, and he can row just about as fast as anyone in the gym. Keep showing out, Cody! 😃

    Cody! Getting a big kip in the middle of a tough WOD! Cody may be new to CFHSV but he’s not new to CrossFit. He’s strong, skilled and ready to throw down every day he walks through the door. He’s been a great addition and I’m glad he found us!
