    My man is stoic. Michael A loves to grind out tough WODs. He’s a gamer. He’s been as consistent as anyone since joining and has become a well rounded CrossFitter because of it. He’s got two great kids that join him regularly in Gwen and James. Always means a lot to see families staying fit together and he’s been an awesome example to his two. Michael is a great guy and the type of person that makes the gym better. Keep coming with the lifts and jokes that always blindside me. You rock dude!

    Michael looking dialed in and focused, putting in work. This guy is motivated, determined, and consistent in both effort and attitude. He’s friendly and good-hearted, and it only gets better when his top notch kids join him to throw down. He’s worked very hard and all that work certainly shows through the impressive gains he’s made. Keep after it, Michael! 😄
