Heartbreaker WOD! My sets were 19/12/1. Lost th hook grip on rep 32, thought I could muscle it but lost the bar on rep 33. That was a 30 second mistake! Ugh!! Wish I could do it again!
Wow, I really dislike the punishment on this one. I always have a hard time transitioning from the rack to a hang.
