    Raaen lookin like a super hero about to throw down. Raaen has natural ability and a strong work ethic. He’s been an awesome addition to the morning crew and holds his own in the back corner. He’s high character in the gym, at work, and at home and made CFHSV a better place the day he walked through the doors. Keep rollin buddy

    I love this picture of Raaen looking like a total stud! This guy is friendly, respectful, and hard working. He’s naturally strong and continues to make big gains in his overall fitness. He’s as nice as can be, and I am so glad he found his way to CFHSV. Stay after it, Raaen! 🙂
