B. 8 minute AMRAP of:

4 burpee CTB pull-ups  RX+ 4 bar muscle ups  (55 and over burpee pull-ups)

8 knees to elbows

12 push press 95/65  RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

36 double unders

rest 2 minutes

4 minute AMRAP of:

3 burpee CTB pull-ups  RX+ 4 bar muscle ups  (55 and over burpee pull-ups)

6 knees to elbows

9 push press 95/65  RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

27 double unders

    First WOD w/Bar MUs and 95lbs = 3+21
    Second WOD w/Bar MUs and 95lbs = 2 even I missed the last Bar Mu 3 times before getting it. It was a mental check and good for me to remember.
