2 minutes max squat cleans 1335/95  (55 and over 95/65)

rest 1 minute

2 minutes max shoulder to overhead 135/95  (55 and over 95/65)

rest 1 minute

2 minutes max hang power snatch 95/65  (55 and over 75/55)

rest 1 minute

2 minutes max thrusters 95/65  (55 and over 75/55)

rest 1 minut

2 minutes max hang power clean 95/65  (55 and over 75/55)

*athlete must change weights during the 1 minute rests*
