A.  3 touch-n-go power cleans EMOM x 5 minutes

3 touch-n-go squat cleans EMOM x 5 minutes

1 clean (power or squat) EMOM x 5 minuteS

B. 14 minute AMRAP of:

2 burpee strict chin-ups   RX+ 2 muscle-ups   (55 and over 2 burpee chin-ups)

4 power cleans  135/95   RX+ 165/115   (55 and over 105/70)

8 box jumps  24/20″  (55 and over box jumps or step-ups)

12 WBS  20/14 lbs.  10/9′   (55 and over 20/10 9′)

    Matt is one bad dude. He can mess you up in a number of ways and CrossFit is one of them. Strong!
    Strength all at 135 really drilled technique
    WOD RX+ = 6+2. All unbroken and all none false grip MUs falling out from the top. Been working this and finally starting to pay off.
