    Look at Cameron! I know that look. Different backdrop, new beard, but same hard-working, dedicated athlete taking a well deserved rest after giving it his all. Way to keep after it, Cameron! Can’t wait to see you back in the gym soon! ?

    Sir Camelot Cameron! Only thing better than hitting a WOD hard is finishing and getting to recover. Cameron always goes hard and always works to move better. He’s a smart athlete who’s coachable and great to have in any class.

    Knee was a little sore today and didnt want to push jumping. Subbed in a 12cal assault bike.
