10 rounds for time of:

15 KBS 24kg/16kg  RX+ 32kg/24kg   (55 and over 16kg/12kg)

10 box jumps or step ups 24″/20″   RX+ 30″/24″

400m run

 

REMINDER: We will be hosting The Murph Challenge this Saturday at 9am. All other classes on Saturday are canceled. We will be closed on Sunday 5/24 and Monday 5/25 in observance of Memorial Day.

    Today’s WOD at Open Gym :

    33:26 rx – this time includes a conversation with a drop in about CrossFit and our next 101 class. I believe this lady was an angel sent from heaven to save me. Thank you stranger! I also think I could’ve got a sub 30 time without the intervention of this angel.

      I had the same premonition of an Angel during that work out however it was me praying to the rower (no Angel) that the 400 Meter mark would appear on the screen soon.
      (The Concept2 never spoke but I did think it laughed once)

    Mya did her first workout with us. She scaled the run to 100m per round, jump rope instead of KBS, she jumped on a 25# bumper weight. She did 12 rounds.

    My time was 52:58 RX.
