4 Power Cleans – 4 Push Press

For Time:
Buy-in = 400m Run or Row or 1Km Assault Bike

then
100 Hang Clean & Shoulder to Overhead   115/75   RX+ 135/95   MRX 95/65

**CATCH = Run or Row 200m or 0.5k Assault Bike every time you drop barbell**

**Can only rest bar overhead, in front rack or hang.

    Karen!! Been quietly putting in the time since waaaaay back! Strong and always working hard. I remember partering w her years ago on a deadlift wod and trying my best to keep up. Then I was spent for days! She’s awesome!

    Oh yeah! Karen is a seasoned CrossFitter with years of experience and hard work on her side. She’s been a staple at CFHSV for as long as I can remember, and we sure are lucky to have her! Keep killing it, Karen! 😄
