“Tosh”

3 x (200m, 400m, 600m)

Work:Rest of 1:1. Rest the exact time it takes to complete each distance in a set.

rest 5 minutes, then

5 rounds for time of:

20 push ups

20 sit ups

meet at Randolph track at 7pm
