WOD:

A.  Bench Press: 7 – 5 – 4 – 2 – 4    E2MOM

B.  10 minute AMRAP of:

5 jerks 155/105  RX+ 205/135   (55 and over 125/85)

or

5 strict hand stand push-ups  RX+ strict parallette hand stand push-ups  (55 and over 5 strict 4″ rise)

10 barbell push-ups

30 double-unders

C.  Overhead Development

accumulate 50-100 ft. handstand walk or 1 minute handstand hold or handstand walk progressions

200m overhead plate carry/waiter walk 55/45/35 lbs.

accumulate 1 minute L-sit hold

I guess from Nate’s comment, I need to work on controlling my exercise induced tourettes and my pre wod anxiety bladder issues. Coach, I’m working on it! One day. …I will shock you and be ready!

    – Great class Mandee!
    – Fleming is one heck of a crossfitter! It has been a joy watching here excel day in, day out! Not to mention, she is a wonderful person and a great friend!!

    B. 2+5 Rx+ with ring MUs at the cutoff. Finished at 18:44. I thought the 185 thrusters were going to be the death of me. Probably went too heavy on this one.
