Lo-Lo!! Logan in the zone as usual. Logan is one hard working young lady. She hangs with the grown folks with no problem because of the work she’s put in. Logan is everywhere all at the same time. I’ll see her in the kitchen studying and doing homework, then she’s running the parking lot like it’s her job, then she’s in a back corner of the gym practicing barbell movements, then she sneaks in some gymnastics work, and this is all before she does the WOD of the day. Lo-Lo works non stop with a smile and few words. She’s an awesome young lady that’s mature beyond her years and has earned everyone’s respect by the way she carry’s herself and works endlessly. Keep it up Logan cause it’s paying off and will continue too 😊

Logan looking focused and ready! This girl has been putting in the work since the first day she walked in CrossFit Kids. She wasn’t there long before she was moved up the road to the “big” gym and she hasn’t slowed down. So proud of this girl and all her accomplishments, but she’s not done yet … just sit back and watch her go. Keep killing it, Logan!

Logan doing what she does best…moving a barbell effortlessly with beautiful form and technique. Logan is another shining example of the incredible job Misty and Carolyn do down at CrossFit Kids. Like her fellow classmates that have made the move up the road, this young lady made a seamless transition and has continued to grow in all areas of her fitness. She’s quiet but focused, hard working and driven, and she’s not afraid to take on a challenge. She’s full of determination and grit, and I can’t wait to watch her continue to develop into a top notch CrossFitter. Keep after it, Logan! ☺️

Logan! It’s definitely been fun watching this girl grow from the first day she walked in the CF Kids gym until now. She was very shy, unsure of herself and I was pretty sure she would only last a few weeks before trying it out and then moving on. However, to my surprise she kept coming back and we slowly watched her come out of her shell and gain confidence every single week. She started selling out on her WODs and dialing in her form and technique. Once that happened it wasn’t long before we were talking about moving down the street. So proud of how she has represented what the kids program is all about… form, technique, consistency and integrity! Can’t wait to watch her keep growing and doing what she loves!
