    I see ya Jay! This dude has been a staple at CFHSV for so many years now. There’s isn’t a nicer guy in the gym. He’s quiet and unassuming but sneaky funny and one well rounded CrossFitter after years of training. He’s got mobility, form, and hard work always on his side.
