**On Turkey Tabata, Athlete can pick the order in which they complete the exercises**

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. *This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training.

    Back to back Kim’s on the site! Kim N in the house this time. Kim is quiet and determined. She’s got a focus that’s hard to miss. She’s been smart and consistent since joining CFHSV and it’s paying off. When she flashes that smile she means business and has accepted the challenge no matter the WOD. Another great family that we’re lucky to have at CFHSV!

This lady has an unspoken drive and never quit attitude that have already amounted to big gains in a relatively short amount of time. She’s always up for a challenge and shows up ready to roll.     Kim! Looking focused and relaxed… exactly how she looks in every wod! Great athlete and great family! It’s been fun to watch Kim grow as a CrossFitter and gain new skills and strength week after week! Both Kim and Daniel are setting a great example for that sweet little boy!
