A. 415#, Having to control the negative on all the second reps, instead of letting the bar drop, added a different level.
B. 8:46, unbroken on all the 225# deadlifts, not so much on the band-assisted free-standing handstand pushups.
11:32 Rx’d . 1st time doing it Rx’d and not scaling hspu reps. Slow for sure. My next time goal is sub 10:00.
