WOD:

A. Bench Press: 9 – 7 – 5 – 3 – 2  E2:30MOM

**prior to each set, perform 5 clapping push-ups or 5 upward angle exploding push-ups**

B. NAVY Birthday Celebration WOD:

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 power cleans 135/95

6 push-ups

9 air squats

rest 1 minute

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Start each AMRAP from the beginning.

Score = rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles
