E3MOM Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

Try to increase the load on each of the 15 sets

Start push press with last shoulder press, start push jerk with last push press

    Could not get that last rep on the AMRAP to make it an even 3 rounds!
    Those behind the neck presses were brutal!
