    Shelby ROCKS! Glad you’re back in your spot and CrossFitting with us again after a short break. Shelby can outrun the best of them when she hits CFHSV’s lines and she’s grown so much in the gym too. She’s a class act and a genuine person that lights up her back corner spot.     Shelby with that chin clearly over the bar, moving well and working hard. Shelby’s got a quiet way about her, but she never fails to flash that beautiful smile every time she walks in the gym. She can run like a cheetah and she continues to grow in strength and skills. Always enjoy having Shelby in class! Keep after it, stud! 🙂
