A. 10 minute EMOM training:

Even: 5, 7, 9 or 11 reps HSPU (any style) or 2-4 wall walks or 30′-50′ handstand walk or 100′ bear crawl

Odd: 15 – 20 GHD sit-ups or 15 – 20 ab-mat anchored sit-ups or 15 – 20 V-ups

B. For Time:

30 double unders or 30 ski mogul jumps

30 power snatch  75/55  (MRX 65/45)

30 double unders or 30 ski mogul jumps

30 WBS  20/14  10’/9′  (MRX 20/10  9′)

30 sumo deadlift high pull  75/55  (MRX 65/45)
