Carolyn doin what she does…everything! You don’t get as well polished and well rounded as Carolyn without lots of work and consistency. She’s got the skills to pay the bills! She’s a staple in the 11:30 class and always has words of encouragement for those around her.

Thank you so much for the sweet comments! Oh I remember this workout … have always heard how difficult it is to do a handstand walk in the middle of a wod when your heart rate is high and you can’t breathe … they were correct, it’s very difficult.
