A. Bench Press: 6 sets of 8 reps E2MOM

B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

chest to bar pull-ups

ring dips

elevated hand release push-ups (2 45# plates/ 1 45# plate) or HSPU

    B) 147 reps before cutoff, scaled ring dips to banded and then parallette w/elevated feet after banded failed me

    I loathe bench press. I think I’d rather do burpees.

    B. Scaled 14:30 (banded chest to bar, parallette) – I might not be able to lift my arms above my head for the rest of the day. Tough WOD.
