5 sets x 5 reps  E2:30MOM
Alternating each set between Back Squats and Push Press

     2 Minute AMRAP of:
– 11 Thrusters  75/55  RX+ 95/65  MRX 65/45
– 7 Box Jumps  24/20″  RX+ 30/24″  MRX 20/18″
REST 2 minutes/adjust weights
     3 Minute AMRAP of:
-9 Thrusters  95/65  RX+ 115/75  MRX 75/55
-33 Double Unders
REST 2 minutes/adjust weights
     2 Minute AMRAP of:
– 6 Thrusters  115/75  RX+ 135/95  MRX 95/65
– 6 Box Jumps  24/20″  RX+ 30/24″  MRX 20/18″

Core & Grip Development
-10 Skin the Cats
-10 Attempts at Rings or Bar Front Lever
-10 to 20 Strict T2B or Ring Progression T2B
