WOD:

A. EMOM for 5 minutes: 1 power snatch to 1 squat snatch

rest 2 minutes and change weights

EMOM for 5 minutes: 1 power clean & power jerk to 1 squat clean & split jerk

B. 3 minute AMRAP of:

15 burpees to max reps of 1 power snatch to 1 squat snatch 75/55   RX+ 95/65  (55 and over 65/45)

rest 3 minutes and change weights

3 minute AMRAP of:

15 burpees to max reps of 1 power clean & power jerk to 1 squat clean & split jerk 95/65  RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 75/55)

rest 3 minutes

3 minute AMRAP of:

15 burpees to max reps ground to overhead 95/65  RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 75/55)

Score = total reps completed after burpees
(1 power snatch to 1 squat snatch equals 1 rep. 1 power clean & power jerk equals 1 rep. 1 squat clean & split jerk equals 1 rep. 1 ground to overhead equals 1 rep)
