      I have to second what everyone else has said about this pic. Excellent eye! Composition is wonderful and it really does portray what CF is all about in so many different ways.

    Can’t do a run/jump wod today. I jacked my ankle up sparring last night. So yeah, Josh… I’m cherry-pickin the wod :)… I need to take it easy on this thing for a day or two.

    30:38. Battled sore calves that started unexpectedly in round 1. Paced myself. Could have broke 30:00 but I wasn’t paying attention to the clock.

    completed 5 rounds 43:34( i think, i wrote it on the board) as Rx’d…we cut off at 35min., so at that point I was 4 rounds + 300ish meters.
    I was going to do all 5 requardless, to see how long it would actually take.
    The 24″ box is now my friend:)but I will always respect it.
    Wall balls still suck a$$!

    30 min cut-off: 3 rounds and 400 m of the 4th round. 18 inch box is mastered! I am ready for 20 next (?)!

    Congrats Tracey on nailing the 24″ jumps!If we weren’t in the midst of the challenge, I’d say you more than deserve that glass of wine tonight!

    5K run – 22:08 (only 2 sec from PR) – which was a total surprise considering the wind, mud, and pace.

    – Daniel….There is no “could have” in CrossFit!

      And a lifetime of basketball….=o) Those WBS are just like shooting a basketball over and over and over again, right Katy? I think that’s one reason they seem so easy to me…

    I really don’t care at this point that I didn’t finish the WOD before the cut-off, my fat a$$ got up on a 24″ box 120 times today!!! Holy Moly!!!

    As rx’d 3rds+400m 31:24 (30 minute cut off but I was out running so I finished that part). Just waiting, IMPATIENTLY, for my body to decide to have some endurance!! T minus 30 days!
